Established in 2008, Om Consultancy has grown from being a specialist talent management solution provider in the Oil and Gas, Power and Energy, Building and Construction and Facilities Management industry and expanded its services to the fields of Retail, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Insurance and IT & Telecommunications sectors. We however remain very loyal to our origin in the Oil and Gas, Power and Energy, Building and Construction and Facilities Management domain and have a highly respected presence in the talent management industry. Om has assisted clients to meet their business objectives by providing tailored talent acquisition solutions and simultaneously have advanced the careers of vast number of job seekers. We have adopted a fast, comprehensive and systematic process for recruitment that ensures that the interests and goals of clients are met. We have Talent Pool located throughout Eastern India including North Eastern region and ensure our consultants adhere to the best recruitment practices.

Om Consultancy is registered with Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, Government of India in the year of 2008 and operating under its License No. B-0243/KOL/PART/1000+/5/8211/2008. The License was renewed in 2013 and valid up to 2018.
