The Om Consultancy consist of three members in the Executive Board, which retains ultimate responsibility for overseeing and deciding on the activities of the company. The Executive Board allow Om Consultancy to appoint a broader range of global leaders to help steer the organization.

Chairman, Mr. SS Sahoo

In 2008, former employee of Punj Lloyed Sri. S. S. Sahoo started Om Consultancy with vision of establishing government registered manpower and staffing center in Industrial Hub Haldia, Purba Medinipur of West Bengal which is a major river port and industrial belt located approximately 50 Miles southwest of Kolkota. With his hard work, patience and intelligence he took Om into a Leading Manpower Agency in Eastern India. He has a strong personality and considered as a doyen of revolution in manpower placement in Southern West Bengal. He guides the team and always think progressively.

Chief Executive Officer, Yash Gurung

Sri. Yash Gurung has joined Om Consultancy in 2014. He has vast experience in the field of Talent Management and expertise in graduate recruitment, talent development, institutional management, internship programs etc... He developed various innovative courses and run with different government agencies and universities. He had long stressful journey from simple layman to visionary CEO. Despite of many hurdles in his life he has a strong determination and faith and never lost his hope to achieve what he want to achieve.

Vision is the key. Without vision there can be no mission, no agenda to road map the future. Vision provides the vital difference between ordinary and extra ordinary, defining the cutting edge that powers organizations way above and beyond competition. Ms. Sunitha Ramesh joined Om Consultancy in 2014. She has a strong determination and faith with excellent marketing skills and having a vision to lead organization into the global arena.
